Make it when blueberries are in season and freeze it for a nice reminder of warm summer days in the middle of winter. Ingredients 2 medium navel oranges 3/4 to 1 cup blueberries 1 cup sugar 3 T of orange juice 2 fresh lemon balm leaves (optional) Instructions Wash the fresh ingredients. Easy, Gooey Cranberry Blondies Recipe

Like the super fudge  brownie recipe I posted last week,  these blondies can be stirred up in a single pot and then spread into the pan. No need to dirty up a bunch of bowls. Ingredients: 1 stick butter 1/2 C sugar 1/2  C brown sugar (packed down) 1 egg 1 tsp Vanilla 1/4 tsp Almond extract…

When I think of myself going on vacation this is what comes to mind: stress, tension, worry, hassles, sleep disruptions, gastrointestinal disruptions, exhaustion, confusion, irritation, rosacea flare-ups, annoying people, stupid people, people in my way, bad food, no food, dehydration, flight delays, lost luggage, uncomfortable beds, rooms too cold, rooms too hot, weird stalker guys, overly chatty gals, bad weather……
